Expert home help for every homeowner.
HANDiY is the on-demand homeowner support platform reinventing how Americans get help with their homes — combining live DIY guidance, video troubleshooting, and trusted contractor referrals in one app.
Built by one who put integrity first.
HANDiY started once I realized there was a gap that needed to be bridged. Working as a contractor, I discovered that many homeowners didn't always need an in-person visit — sometimes they simply needed clear communication, guidance, and someone experienced enough to walk them through the problem in real time.
To my surprise, homeowners were still happy to pay remotely because the knowledge, communication, and time still provided real value. That moment changed my perspective.
At the same time, I experienced the flaws of traditional lead-generation platforms where one lead is sold to multiple contractors, creating unnecessary competition where several companies lose before the job even begins. I knew there had to be a better way.
So HANDiY was built to connect homeowners directly with real experts through live text, phone, and video support — giving people faster answers, more transparency, and contractor referrals only when truly needed.
Today, HANDiY serves homeowners across the United States with live home repair support, virtual home repair help, emergency home troubleshooting, and free contractor referrals — at pay-as-you-go session rates with no subscriptions.
